Professional Bio
Professor Andrew Jull is a registered nurse and clinical epidemiologist at the University of Auckland’s School of Nursing as well as Co-director of the Centre for Translational Research, Policy and Practice. Andrew has career research earnings of more than $13 million, has led or been co-investigator on more than 20 randomised controlled trials, in addition other types of research. He has led or been involved in the development of three New Zealand clinical guidelines, five Cochrane systematic reviews, and was the Clinical Advisor on a national project to improve pressure injury management in New Zealand. Andrew has more than 170 publications and has an international reputation for his work in venous leg ulcers. He was a Co-editor of Evidence Based Nursing, and an editor with the Cochrane Wounds Review Group. He is currently an Associate Editor with the International Journal of Nursing Studies and BMC Trials.
